Ranked comparisons of validators across criteria that matter for delegation decisions — decentralization, commission economics, MEV passthrough, country distribution, and total stake weight.

The 5 hubs below are derived from the same Stakewiz snapshot used in the validator directory, so any cross-referenced metric is internally consistent. Each hub explains its ranking methodology and shows the metric used. A validator that ranks well on one criterion may not on another; the directory lives in the per-validator profiles, the comparisons live here.

Hubs

  • Top by stake weight — Top 10 by active SOL. Figment leads at 15.4M SOL (1.000% of network); the top 10 cumulatively hold roughly 7% of all delegated SOL.
  • Top by commission — Low-fee rankings with total-APY context. Tiebreaker by total APY surfaces the 0% commission validators (Capital Alliance, Helius, Lord Validates-a-Lot) at 6.02–6.03% total APY — the actual highest-yield validators in the universe.
  • Top by decentralization — Top 10 by lowest ASN concentration. Flags the TeraSwitch AS20326 network-wide ~29% concentration cluster (Helius, Jupiter, Jito Labs, Bitwise all on it).
  • Top by MEV — Jito-enabled validators ranked by effective MEV passthrough to stakers. Gross Jito MEV runs roughly uniformly at 0.13% APY; the practical differentiator is Jito MEV commission.
  • Germany — All German validators ranked by ASN concentration. Five of the six German validators in the directory run from Frankfurt; only Capital Alliance breaks the cluster (Hamburg).

How the rankings work

Each hub computes its ranking against the wiki's 28-validator universe (the directory; RealValidator deferred until on-chain identity exists). Source is Stakewiz API cache at epoch 971 (2026-05-15).
